Outstanding service, Stephen came out the same day and did an excellent job of repairing a bathroom window lock, the lock failure meant I was unable to open the window at all, Stephen knew exactly what had happened and was able to repair it there and then, the price quoted on the phone was the price I paid, even though it was a bigger job than I had first thought.
