The multi point lock failed on our front door so the key was just turning making the front of the house inaccessible. Steve was the first guy I rang, he gave me a price over the phone and offered to do the job on the same afternoon… a Saturday. He has a professional manner and the job was completed swiftly and with no damage even though he had to work some locksmith magic to actually get the door open.
