We couldn't be more pleased. Repair done when promised and a couple of extra jobs as well, nothing too much trouble.

Steve came on the arranged day and stripped the window down changed the handle and left everything clean and tidy. As the repair wasn't straight forward we expected to pay the higher of the two estimates given, nice surprise it was the lower.

Stephen arrived at the agreed time and promptly sorted out the 'floppy ' door handle even though the door was probably 15 + years old, two new handles and locking mechanism fitted , job well done

Having rung Stephen in the morning, with a basic description of what was the problem with a front door lock, he provided not only good advice over the phone but excellent service when fixing the problem. Very helpful and very knowledgeable

I contacted Stephen at beginning of February who came out very promptly and repaired the doors at a very reasonable price and they are the best they have ever been to close & lock.

He told me the most probable outcome and the rough price over the phone. He attended that same afternoon and repaired my broken lock. Simple, no fuss and very professional.
