My reputation means everything…

After trying to fix the issue myself using tips and tricks I found online I gave up and phoned Steve. It was not one of the usual problems you get with patio doors as the locking mechanism had failed within the door (not the barrel). He was professional and considerate while in our house and completed the work with little to no damage around the offending area and cleaned up after himself. He had all the replacement parts we needed in his van and the total cost with parts was within his original estimation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my friends or family!
