Contacted Steve about a problem upvc bathroom window which we were unable to unlock and open. Steve came on the arranged day and stripped the window down changed the handle and left everything clean and tidy. As the repair wasn’t straight forward we expected to pay the higher of the two estimates given, nice surprise it was the lower. We are happy to give a 5 star rating.
