After the sudden failure of the locking mechanism on a vital french door, phoned SF Locksmith and Stephen was able to attend the following morning. He arrived exactly on time, swiftly diagnosed the problem, and made the door safe and usable while ordering a replacement for the failed part. This he collected and fitted the following day (a Saturday). He is a warm and friendly guy, and we were impressed with his knowledge of his trade and ability to sort our door confidently and quickly.
