Our UPVC door was locked shut and the handle was turning a full 360 degrees. We've never been a customer of Steve's but he came round just half an hour after we called him. He had the door open in seconds and the locking mechanism replaced within ten minutes. Very quick, hassle free and efficient. He also fixed our sticking front door lock while here. Thanks Steve.
