The multi-point locking gearbox mechanism of my front had failed, fortunately with the door in the closed and locked position, meaning we couldn’t open it. After calling 3 other companies, I called Stephen who quoted me a fixed price that almost certainly will have beaten the others’ quoted minimum. He completed an excellent job in a friendly manner, happily explaining what he was doing (and telling a few stories along the way).
