I'm delighted with what Stephen did when repairing our window mechanism. He responded quickly and helpfully to our enquiry, then phoned to say he could come sooner than planned if convenient - which it was. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and fixed it using stock that he carried on his van. He also gave us useful background information about our other doors and windows. His prompt and effective action has meant our house will be fully secure next time we go out. Fair price, as per estimate. I'll use him again.

We had experienced problems with our French doors for years they were repaired by the installer numerous times who kept blaming it on cold / hot weather. I contacted Stephen at beginning of February who came out very promptly and repaired the doors at a very reasonable price and they are the best they have ever been to close & lock. I have deliberately held off leaving a review until a reasonable period of time had elapsed & some cold weather & can say that the doors are still operating properly. We will have no hesitation in recommending Stephen to friends & family.

Stephen arrived at the agreed time and promptly sorted out the 'floppy ' door handle even though the door was probably 15 + years old, two new handles and locking mechanism fitted , job well done, in the event of any more emergencys I will use Stephen again

Our patio door would not open and he came out really quick and did a great job in a very short time. He is a great guy and does not over charge. Thank you again our problem was causing us a lot of trouble and I was getting some hassle of the Mrs because she blamed me for not getting in touch with you sooner.

The multi point lock failed on our front door so the key was just turning making the front of the house inaccessible. Steve was the first guy I rang, he gave me a price over the phone and offered to do the job on the same afternoon... a Saturday. He has a professional manner and the job was completed swiftly and with no damage even though he had to work some locksmith magic to actually get the door open. I am delighted with the work done and the door is now better than before. I can wholeheartedly recommend Steve if you need any work of this nature.
