We were having problems with our old Coldseal uPVC door and had already been quoted for a complete replacement. Before committing, we contacted Stephen to see if it could be repaired instead. He had the correct replacement parts with him and managed to repair the door on the first visit, saving us the cost of a new door. We're really pleased with the result and the money we saved.

Stephen repaired our front door, which had become difficult to lock because it was out of alignment. He quickly diagnosed the problem, adjusted the door properly, and fitted new handles. The multi point lock failed on our front door so the key was just turning making the front of the house inaccessible. Steve was the first guy I rang, he gave me a price over the phone and offered to do the job on the same afternoon... a Saturday. He has a professional manner and the job was completed swiftly and with no damage even though he had to work some locksmith magic to actually get the door open. I am delighted with the work done and the door is now better than before. I can wholeheartedly recommend Steve if you need any work of this nature.
